You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Custom items and sale items are not returnable.

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.

How do I return?

    • Email to indicate what item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
    • Once your email has been received we will respond with additional instructions for your return.
    • Once your return request has been approved, you will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.
    • All domestic shipments will receive a return label via email.

      How soon will I get my refund?

      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
      • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

      Are there any charges for return?

      • There are no charges for return.
      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
      • Free returns on Domestic orders ONLY.
